Sorrento overlooks the Bay of Naples (as seen in the image). here you can see a small beach and off in the distance, the main part of the city. Sorrento is  famous for its production of limoncello—a lemon liqueur, citrus fruit,  wine, nuts, olives, and wood craftsmanship.

from Capri, i took a ferry over to Sorrento. the city is also a very popular tourist destination. just to the south of Sorrento is the Amalif coast. this is a view from our hotel.
